What you’ll need to speed up approval:

For sole proprietors and partnerships (if married in community of property), provide the spouse’s ID and their name and signature on the credit application and suretyship.
Full names and ID copies of all directors, members, partners, and owners are needed. Match IDs to company records to prevent delays.
Include proof of physical address (e.g., utility bill) in the business’s name; PO Box addresses are not accepted. Dated within the last 3 months.
Indicate insurance preference (Kenings or your provider) and provide a copy of the policy if using your own. If you choose Kenings insurance, we’ll add it to your monthly invoice.
The form must be completed and signed by a proxy. Supply trade references with full details such as company name, account number, branch, contact info, credit terms, and purchase details.

Complete the credit application form

Download the credit application form and complete all the required information, including the company registration number, VAT number, and ID numbers for directors.

Have your company docs and IDs ready.

Get an authorized signature

Ensure the credit application form is signed by an authorised signatory of the company, like the director or owner. You can either print a hard copy to be signed or email a saved copy of the PDF.

Digital signatures accepted.

Gather all the required documents

We will need a copy of your company registration form (CK1), VAT certificate, proof of address (e.g. utility bill) and a copy of each director or member’s ID document along with the signed form.

Combine into one PDF if possible.

Submit the signed documents and form

Fax or email a scanned copy of the signed credit application form together with the required supporting documents.
