How does the Meet & Greet service work?
After you clear arrivals, a uniformed Kenings agent with a personalised sign will meet you, verify your documents, and escort you directly to your pre-checked vehicle for a quick, paper-light handover.

Where do I meet my Kenings agent at the airport?
Your confirmation email includes the meeting point inside the arrivals hall. If you can’t find the agent, call the branch number in your booking and we will assist immediately.

What if my flight is delayed?
Please share your flight number during booking so we can monitor arrival changes. If you experience a delay, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll adjust the handover time.

Which documents do I need for handover?
Bring a valid driver’s licence, an ID or passport, and a credit card in the main driver’s name. International visitors should bring a passport and licence (an International Driving Permit is recommended).

Is there an extra fee for Meet & Greet?
Meet & Greet is complimentary at participating airports for confirmed bookings. Any after-hours or special arrangements will be confirmed during booking.
