The Kenings Group is dedicated to offering assistance in all parts of our services to you. Our specialized accidents and breakdowns team is available 24/7 to manage any incident or accident.
The following steps should be followed in the event of an accident:
Accidents occasionally cannot be prevented. Don't panic if you are in an accident while driving one of our rentals.

Try to contact Kenings as soon as possible, or at the very least, within six hours after the incident.
Your safety comes first. Look for any injuries and, if necessary, get medical assistance. Above everything, keep calm and get all the necessary details from the third party.
Please take note that some tow truck companies will pressure accident victims into agreeing to terms right away. Please be warned that only towing companies approved by Kenings may remove vehicles as Kenings has your best interests in mind.
Additionally, be sure to stop by the nearest Kenings branch within 24 hours to give the accident report number and the information gathered from the third parties.
Breakdowns
Vehicles from Kenings are well-maintained and in great condition. But there will be times when your vehicle will let you down.
Stay calm and be conscious of your surroundings. Remember how far you were from the previous city, town, landmark, or fuel station.

Please let the staff member know if the place is safe for you and if you have any urgent needs or emergencies.
Try to explain to the staff member as accurately as possible the problem with your vehicle.
Please do not let any breakdown response service repair or remove your vehicle without a Kenings staff member’s authorisation.
After all the problems have been solved you can continue with your journey and have a have trip.
