Bookings and Transactions 5.1. All booking requests made through the Site are subject to our acceptance, which is in our sole discretion. 5.2. Unless you select a prepayment option (if available), either you or we may cancel any booking, whether or not confirmed, for any or no reason, in either party’s sole discretion, and without liability to the other. 5.3. Rental contracts between us and Site users are entered into exclusively at our branch locations and those of our affiliates and their respective franchisees. 5.4. All rentals are subject to our vetting procedure and are at the sole discretion of the company. Pricing displayed on the Site is in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to hold a vehicle for a maximum of two hours from the reserved time.
Electronic Communications 6.1. You agree that any notice, agreement, disclosure or other communication we send you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including any requirement that such communications be in writing.
Links to Other Sites 7.1. The Site may include links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of any linked site, and the inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of it. 7.2. You may create links to this Site from other sites, but only in accordance with applicable laws.
